I ordered art prints from Fine Art America and had them shipped to Vancouver On Canvas. I was concerned about the shipping but that worked out well. The canvas prints were wonderful, exactly like the images I ordered. I recommend Vancouver On Canvas, they did and excellent job. Thank you for the good work.

I am not happy with your service. On April 17. I was miss-leaded by your information to assume that the regular delivery time was 5 days, and I gave 20% extra $ to have my frame in 2 days. When I tracked the package, the expected delivery day was April 29. I missed my deadlines because of that. I expect to get my 33$ for \'speedy delivery\' back. You may be loosing big orders from me. This was a test order. Also, the marked weight on the parcel was 2x more than reality (hence the larger amount for delivery then promised by your Web-page?) Very negative experience. KEENART NOTE: please note rush order process is different than shipping method, you asked for free Ground shipping only, we are sorry you missed your deadline.

Thank you for my order of frames. They arrived in great condition and they are very good quality. Only issue is that the post-person left the package in the apartment lobby. Luckily my neighbor took the package in and contacted me. Next time we should put a notice to leave a delivery notice, not the package. Many thanks for the discount coupons as well.
