I ordered a frame 8 days ago. I just recieved confirmation that it was only shipped today.. Delivery was supposed to be 6-8 dasys. Not happy... Al,	My custom sized wood panels came flawlessly and perfectly cut and assembled. And unlike others who will make custom wood panels online, USAOnCanvas guaranteed my panels would not be damaged in shipping — and if they were, they would take care of replacing them. I waited to respond until I had my painting in hand, and actually installed it in the frame. Now that I've framed it, I can supply the following comments and findings: 1. the ordering process was easy 2. the price was good 3. the delivery was great.....the product arrived intact in a few weeks 4. I loved the frame!! It was exactly as I expected it to look, and it looks great on my painting! 5. I found that the return piece on the frame back was a little skimpy, resulting in a slight gap between the painting and the frame back. This probably won't be noticeable to anyone looking, but it would have been an advantage to have a bit more frame on the back side, to make sure the wall behind isn't seen in that crack. I was overall pleased with this experience, and will likely order again. Deb,
