I'd like to tell you how grateful I am for what today's mail brought me: a package which contained not only the dark brown filler you offered to send me, but a replacement frame as well! That was very kind and thoughtful of you. Now that's what I call superb customer service! Thank you for helping me. I was concerned and wasn't at all sure if I could make the problem frame look as good as the replacement looks, but I'll give it a try and I'll let you know how I make out. I just received the canvas prints and wanted to let you know how pleased I am with them! They turned out even better than I had hoped too. The concert stubs belong to my husband and the prints were made to decorate the wall of our daughter's bedroom who turns 14 this week. She is a huge British rock fan and will flip when she sees them.
