I was excited when the frame arrived earlier than the date promised, but disappointed to find it broken at two joints. From the look of it there is only a dab of glue holding the pieces together. Also there were a few dents in the wood. We are going to reglue the sides and add some L brackets to reinforce. The frame was close to 300.00 .....I should not have to do this.

When I contacted them about the problem, they not only agreed to reprint it for me, but sent it to me by FedEx at their cost so that I would get it in time for the show. The frames you built for me look great. There was one issue with one corner missing 3 of 4 screws. As you included extra screws I was able to fix that. I appreciated that the order included all the hardware needed to complete the mounting. The paintings look great.
