A Mini Floater is a compact art display system consisting of small wood panels - available in 20 sizes from 2x2" up to 10x10" - paired with matching mini floater frames offered in many finishes. Panels snap magnetically into their floater frames, so artwork can be mounted, swapped, or removed in seconds - no tools, screws, or clips - and the recessed design leaves a clean shadow gap that makes the art appear to float. Ideal for small paintings, photographs, prints, illustrations, and collectibles, the system lets you mix and match any panel size with any frame finish for a gallery-quality presentation on a desktop, shelf, or wall.
For Round panels, the listed size refers to the diameter. For Rectangular, Hexagon, Ellipse, Triangle, Pentagon, and Heart panels, the listed size represents the maximum overall dimensions of the shape.
Birch wood panels are handcrafted to be strong yet surprisingly lightweight. Their unprimed, unfinished surface can be painted on directly or coated with gesso to accept virtually any artistic medium, including oils, acrylics, encaustics, resin, and mixed-media collage. They are a durable, warp-resistant alternative to traditional canvas.
